Tatyan Cheung has two Restaurants in the historic towns of Cirencester and Bristol in the west of England. The first Restaurant open over ten years ago in Cirencester and quickly established a reputation of being a quality restaurant providing high levels of quality in food and service.
More recently, Tatyan opened a second restaurant called Tatyan’s Central in Broad Street, Bristol
Tatyan’s Central is located within the original city wall, just through St. Johns Arch and opposite the magnificent Edward Everard building. The restaurant used to be Hunt’s and the décor has remained in fine French dining style. The centre of Bristol is distinguished and is steeped in tradition
Tatyan’s Restaurants are renowned for their quality of food and consistency of service. They also boast a list of fine wines from the classic regions of France (Tatyan travels there frequently to source them) and a European ambience courtesy of the Osborne and Little collection of fabrics and design.
The menu is selective, with an emphasis on freshness and healthy ingredients. The cooking - authentic Chinese – encompasses dishes from Peking, Szechuan and Canton. Service is friendly and attentive, and to suit the occasion, be it a light pre-theatre dinner or an evening banquet, while the wine list incorporates some of the best growers in Burgundy, well known producers from the Loire and a host of petites chateaux producing outstanding wines from Bordeaux.
So if you’re after authentic Chinese food, fine French wines and attentive service in a pleasant surroundings, Tatyan’s is the place.
